Join us for music, photographs, refreshments and good company.  The Chamber Singers of Keene NH, and Maria Parker playing harp, will present a program of holiday music.

The Chamber Singers are dedicated to performing music suitable for small groups, mostly acapella, from all periods and styles.  In existence for 12 years, the group consists of 18-24 professional and non professional singers.
     Mrs. Nelson, director, is a retired music educator, having taught for 23 years and is currently director of the 100 voiced Greater Keene Pops Choir.  She is the recipient of the New Hampshire Music Educator of the Year Award, the New Hampshire Outstanding Woman of the year award and numerous awards from community civic groups. 
     These free concerts have been made possible by a generous donation to bring exceptional cultural experiences to the community

 

 

 

 

2007   Harvard House Tour and Artisan Show

Kitchens, Gardens, and Barns: Then and Now

June 9, 2007     10 AM to 4 PM

Reception immediately following at Still River Meeting House 4 -6 PM

Tour new and historic houses, kitchens, barns, and gardens and shop for artisan created items at displays in the homes and at the Meeting House.  After the tour, enjoy a reception at the restored Meeting House in Still River, with light refreshments.  A raffle for artisan donated items will take place at the reception.

Tickets purchased in advance are $20.00. Tickets may be purchased on day of the tour for $25.00 at the Still River Meeting House, 215 Still River Rd, Harvard MA 01451   

Raffle tickets are $1.00 each or 6 for $5.00 and may be ordered in advance.  You do not need to be present to win a raffle prize.

Confirmation of advance ticket purchase will be sent by email, and tickets may be picked up at the Still River Meeting House,  215 Still River Rd, Harvard MA 01451 The Still River Meeting House will open at 9:30 on the day of the tour for ticket pickups and sales.

An extensive selection of Dolls from the collection of Pat Hatch, curated by Roben Campbell, illustrates the variety and significance of the dolls as history and folk art.

Opening Celebration: talks, music, refreshments: Sunday, March 30, 6-9 pm.

Exhibit hours:  Saturdays and Sundays 2-5pm, except Easter Sunday. 

Admission free: donation suggested.
